Getting to the root of cholesterol and tips to keep it balanced without drugs

Let's first talk about what cholesterol is. Suppressing your cholesterol is going to suppress these hormones creating a whole host of issues. Cholesterol in our skin activates vitamin D3 from sunlight.  We need cholesterol for lubrication.  We also need it for neurotransmitter function in the brain.   • Olive oil (uncooked)
  • Apples
  • Strawberries
  • Citrus fruits
  • Beans and lentils
  • Red wine in moderation
  • Avocados
